食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 煙燻素鴨 2塊
2 pieces of Vegan smoked duck
2) 小黃瓜 3條
300g Cucumber
3) 碧玉筍 5支
5 Daylily stem
4) 大辣椒 1/2支
A half of Chili
5) 香油、香椿、鹽、砂糖 適量
An adequate amount of Sesame oil, Toon sauce, Salt, Sugar
6) 烏醋 少許
A little bit of Black vinegar

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
【刀工 Cutting / 前處理 Beforehand preparation】
- 素鴨切薄片。
Slice the vegetarian duck thinly. - 小黃瓜去籽橫剖,切0.5公分厚,片狀。
Remove the seeds from the cucumber, cut it crosswise into slices about 0.5 cm thick. - 碧玉筍、大辣椒切斜片。
Cut the daylily stem and the large chili pepper into diagonal slices.
【調理作法 Cooking】
- 炒鍋加熱,倒入少許油,將素鴨炒熟備用。
Heat a pan and add a small amount of oil. Stir-fry the vegetarian duck until cooked, and set it aside. - 取一個乾淨的容器,將素鴨、小黃瓜、碧玉筍、大辣椒放入,加入適當的調味料:香油、香椿、鹽、砂糖、烏醋,充分拌勻即可享用。
Take a clean container and place the vegetarian duck, cucumber, daylily stem, and chili pepper in it. Add the appropriate seasonings: sesame oil, toon sauce, salt, sugar, and black vinegar. Mix well and it’s ready to serve.
