1) 杏鮑菇 5個
5 King oyster mushroom
2) 青椒 1/4顆
1/4 Green pepper
3) 黃椒 1/4顆
1/4 Yellow pepper
4) 紅椒 1/4顆
1/4 Red pepper
5) 鹽 少許
A little bit of Salt
6) 香菇粉 少許
A little bit of Mushroom powder
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 杏鮑菇切圓塊狀,兩面刻花;青椒、黃椒、紅椒切方形,備用。
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into round pieces, then run the knife grid-like gently on both sides of the mushroom; then cut the green, yellow and red peppers into squares and set aside. - 起油鍋,杏鮑菇煎至金黃色,加入鹽、香菇粉調味。
Heat oil in a pan, fry king oyster mushrooms until golden brown, add salt and mushroom powder to taste. - 續入三色椒拌炒,完成!!!
