古早味素燥

香噴噴的古早味素燥，可口又下飯，讓人不禁多吃了好幾碗白飯！疫情期間自己動手做料理，美味又健康！
食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 大豆素肉150克
2) 大乾香菇7-8朵
3) 脆瓜罐頭1罐
4)醬油150克
以上為12人份的食材量。
For 12 people serving.
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 大豆素肉洗過後泡軟，將水擠乾。
- 乾香菇洗過泡軟，切小丁備用。
（香菇水可留下，料理時使用） - 脆瓜切丁備用。
- 熱油鍋，使用中小火，將香菇爆香。
- 香菇炒至金黃色有香氣時，加入大豆素肉拌炒。
- 拌炒至大豆素肉呈金黃色，加入脆瓜丁、醬油。
- 煮至收汁到想要的湯汁份量，起鍋擺盤，完成！
【特別說明 Special Notes】
- 脆瓜可使用例如大茂黑瓜、脆瓜。
- 口味可依個人喜好調整，若想要甜一點，可以加入適量二砂糖或冰糖，若不夠鹹，可再加適量鹽巴。
- 若覺得料太乾沒有湯汁，可加入適量香菇水。
- 湯汁要多一點，在泡香菇時，水可以加多一點。
