1) 牛蕃茄2-3顆
2-3 Beefsteak Tomatoes
2) 百香果2-3顆
2-3 Passion fruit
3) 蘋果1顆
1 Apple
4) 奇異果1顆
1 Kiwi
5) 花椰菜2-3小朵
2-3 Florets of cauliflower
6) 玉米粒1/4罐 (約50克)
1/4 Can corn kernels (about 50g)
7) 無蛋沙拉醬2大匙 (約30ml)
2 tbsp Eggless salad dressing (about 30ml)
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 牛蕃茄洗淨上方切一小片、果肉挖空取出,製成中空蕃茄,備用。
Wash and slice off the top of the beefsteak tomato, then scoop out the flesh to create a hollow tomato cup; set it aside. - 蘋果、奇異果洗淨去皮切丁;花椰菜洗淨汆燙,備用。
Wash and dice the apple and kiwi fruit, and blanch the cauliflower; set them aside. - 百香果取汁與無蛋沙拉醬攪拌均勻,製成醬汁。
Mix passion fruit juice with eggless salad dressing to create the dressing. - 將玉米粒、蘋果、奇異果攪拌均勻後,放入挖空的牛蕃茄內。
Mix the corn kernels, apple, and kiwi fruit, and then place them inside the hollowed beefsteak tomato. - 放上花椰菜,再淋上百香果沙拉醬。
