食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 臭豆腐 2塊
2 pieces of Stinky tofu
2) 高麗菜 300克
300g Cabbage
3) 薑末 30克
30g Ginger
4) 辣椒 少許
A little bit of Chili
5) 鹽、胡椒粉、香油、水 適量
An adequate amount of Salt, Pepper, Sesame oil and Water
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 將臭豆腐捏碎,高麗菜切塊。
Crush the stinky tofu and cut the cabbage into pieces. - 熱油後放入薑末爆香,加入臭豆腐略炒。
Heat oil, add ginger powder and saute, add stinky tofu and stir-fry. - 加入高麗菜及少許水。
Add cabbage and a little water. - 放入鹽、胡椒粉調味,拌炒至高麗菜熟,起鍋前淋少許香油,放上辣椒點綴完成。
Season with salt and pepper; stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked; pour a little sesame oil and add chili to garnish before dish up.
