Spicy Oat Milk Udon Noodles use instant oats with oat milk instead of traditional broth. It offers a low-calorie and richly aromatic broth. The Udon noodles absorb the flavors fully, creating a multi-layered spicy taste that delights the palate. Combined with various fresh ingredients, it’s even more delicious than you can imagine. 食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 無糖燕麥奶 500cc
500ml of Sugar-free Oat Milk
2) 烏龍麵 1包
1 pack Udon Noodles
3) 油豆腐 1個
1 Fried Tofu
4) 鮮香菇 1朵
1 Shiitake Mushroom
5) 碧玉筍 1支
1 Dailily Stem
6) 素料1-2種 適量
Adequate amount of Vegetarian Ingredients
7) 海苔絲、白芝麻、素食麻辣醬、鹽、砂糖 適量
Adequate amount of Shredded Seaweed, White Sesame, Vegetarian Mala Sauce, Salt and Sugar
8) 全素奶油 少許
A little bit of Vegan Butter

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
【刀工 Cutting / 前處理 Beforehand preparation】
- 鮮香菇表面刻十字花。
Make a cross-cut on the surface of shiitake mushrooms. - 碧玉筍切細圈末。
Slice the dalily stem into fine rings.
【調理作法 Cooking】
- 將燕麥奶倒入鍋中加熱至滾,放入適量麻辣醬、鹽、砂糖調味。
Heat oat milk in a pot until boiling, then add an appropriate amount of spicy sauce, salt, and sugar to season. - 加入食材:油豆腐、素料、鮮香菇煮熟,接著放入烏龍麵煮約2分鐘,加入少許奶油提味。
Add ingredients: fried tofu, vegetarian ingredients, and cooked shiitake mushrooms. Next, add the Udon noodles and cook for about 2 minutes, then add a little vegan butter for flavor. - 盛裝入碗中,最後撒上海苔絲、白芝麻、碧玉筍,即可享用。
Serve in a bowl and garnish with seaweed strips, white sesame seeds, and dailily stems. Now it’s ready to enjoy!
