食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 豆腐一大塊切片
A big piece of Tofu sliced
2) 馬鈴薯 1顆
1 Potato
3) 鴻喜菇一包
A pack of Beech Mushroom
4) 金針菇一把
A handful of Enoki Mushrooms
5) 香菜少許
A little Coriander
6) 素蠔油2匙(20ml)
2 tablespoons Vegetarian Oyster Sauce (20ml)
7) 胡椒粉適量、鹽巴適量
Adequate amount of Pepper and Salt
8) 香油少許、水少許
A little Sesame Oil and Water
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 將豆腐洗淨切片,放入鍋中煎至黃金色,取出備用。
Wash the tofu, cut it into slices, pan-fry until golden brown, and set aside. - 馬鈴薯去皮,放入電鍋中蒸熟後搗成泥,備用。
Peel the potatoes, steam them in an electric cooker, and mash them into a paste. - 先將鴻喜菇、金針菇炒香,加入水、素蠔油、胡椒粉、鹽巴進行調味。
Stir-fry the oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms until fragrant, then add water, vegetarian oyster sauce, pepper, and salt for seasoning. - 再放入馬鈴薯泥,增加稠度。
Mix in the mashed potatoes to thicken the mixture. - 最後放入豆腐,煮5分鐘後,加入香油、香菜,擺盤上桌。
Finally, add the tofu, simmer for 5 minutes, and finish with sesame oil and cilantro. Serve on a plate.
