食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 西生菜 1顆
A Lettuce
2) 素蠔油 3匙
3 spoons Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
3) 白胡椒粉 適量
Adequate amount of White Pepper
4) 香油 1小匙
1 tsp Sesame Oil
5) 椰子油 1匙
1 spoon Coconut Oil
以上為5人份的食材量。

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
【刀工 Cutting / 前處理 Beforehand preparation】
- 西生菜洗淨剝成片狀備用。
Wash and take apart the lettuce into slices for later use.
【調理作法 Cooking】
- 煮一鍋開水,西生菜分兩次,滾水汆燙約15秒,備用。
Bring a pot of water to a boil, and blanch the lettuce in two batches for about 15 seconds. - 醬料:素蠔油、白胡椒粉、香油、椰子油混合均勻。
Dressing: well mix vegetarian oyster sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, and coconut oil. - 將醬料、西生菜拌勻即可。
Pour the dressing over lettuce and mix well.

汆燙西生菜要少量,滾水下顏色才會漂亮。
Blanch lettuce in a small amount to help it retains fresh green color under boiling water.
