口袋餅 (Pita) 是中東地區傳統麵包,又稱皮塔餅或阿拉伯薄麵包。口袋餅在烘烤後中間會由蒸汽膨脹而形成,冷卻後對切變成袋子形狀。可將新鮮蔬菜、百變的食材滿滿包進口袋餅中,全家大小的早午餐就全靠它了!除了以下分享的韓式風味 泡菜辣G口袋餅,也可以再嘗試其他風味的試試看~
食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 素辣雞塊9塊
9 pieces of Vegan spicy chicken
2) 素韓式泡菜100克
100g of Vegan Kimchi
3) 生菜100克
100g of Green salad
4) 番茄1顆
A whole Tomato
5) 口袋餅1張
1 piece of Pita Bread
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 將番茄切片,素辣雞塊炸過切對半。
Slice the tomatoes, and cut the vegetarian spicy chicken nuggets in half after frying. - 口袋餅使用平底鍋,雙面加熱至膨脹,切對半。
Use a flat pan to heat both sides of the pita bread until it puffs up, and then cut it in half. - 取一張餅皮,將餅皮撐開,將食材依序擺上。
Take one piece of bread and open it up. Arrange the ingredients in the bread. - 擺盤即可完成。
Plate it, and it’s ready to serve.
