帕尼尼 Panini 在義大利語中是「三明治」的意思,是經過烘烤和壓酥的三明治,單數叫做帕尼諾 Panino。通常結合起司、蔬菜和各種內餡,經過烘烤後充分融合醬汁與內餡的香氣。在義大利是習慣使用拖鞋麵包 Ciabatta 或是羅塞塔 Rosetta (北義大利稱米切塔 Michetta),水平地切開後,再包入各式各樣的內餡配料,有時候會放入烤箱加熱後再食用。接下來分享3人份的食材以及烹調步驟。
“Panini” in Italian means “sandwich,” and it refers to a sandwich that has been toasted and pressed. When it’s in the singular form, it’s called “Panino.” Typically, it combines cheese, vegetables, and various fillings, which meld together with the sauce after toasting. In Italy, it’s common to use ciabatta or rosetta bread, which is sliced horizontally and filled with a variety of ingredients. Sometimes, it’s heated in the oven before consumption. The following is a recipe and cooking steps for a serving for three people.

食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 素雞塊 9塊
9 pieces of Vegan Chicken
2) 起司絲 200克
200g of Cheese
3) 青椒 1顆
A whole Pepper
4) 番茄 2顆
2 Tomotoes
5) 九層塔 適量
Adequate amount of Basil
6) 帕里尼 3個
3 pieces of Panini
7) 香椿醬 適量
Adequate amount of Toon sauce
8) 奶油 適量
Adequate amount of Butter
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 準備鄉村奶油醬,首先將奶油軟化,加入香椿醬 (依喜好調整),拌勻即可。
To prepare the rustic cream sauce, start by softening the butter and adding chive sauce (adjust to taste). Mix well. - 將青椒切圈,番茄切片,九層塔取葉子備用。
Slice the green bell pepper into rings, the tomato into slices, take the basil leaves and set aside. - 將素雞塊炸過備用。
Fry the vegetarian chicken nuggets and set them aside. - 將帕里尼橫切,抹上鄉村奶油醬。
Cut the panini horizontally and spread the country cream sauce. - 依序擺上起司絲、九層塔葉、番茄片、青椒圈、炸雞塊、起司絲。
Layer with cheese shreds, basil leaves, tomato slices, green bell pepper rings, fried vegan chicken nuggets, and more cheese shreds in that order. - 最後,用帕里尼機壓烤至起司融化,擺盤。
Finally, use a panini press to grill until the cheese melts, then plate it. - 鄉村G塊帕里尼完成!
