食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 素小魚乾 300克
300g of Dried Vegan Fish
2) 生杏仁角 200克
200g of Raw Almond Wedges
3) 蜂蜜 100 ml
100ml of Honey
4) 橄欖油 50 ml
50ml of Olive Oil
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 生杏仁角入平底鍋中,小火拌炒微焦黃,起鍋備用。
Heat raw almonds in a flat-bottomed pan, stir-frying them over low heat until they turn slightly golden. Remove them from the pan and set them aside. - 將橄欖油倒入平底鍋,加入蜂蜜小火炒熱。
Pour olive oil into the same pan and heat it over low heat. Add honey and heat it through. - 放入素小魚乾、杏仁角,與蜂蜜小火拌炒,均勻即可。
Add vegetarian dried fish and the roasted almonds to the honey mixture. Stir-fry them over low heat until well combined.
