食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 天貝 150克
150g Tempeh
2) 酪梨 70克
70g Avocado
3) 番茄 70克
70g Tomato
4) 綜合生菜 100克
100 g Mesclum (Mixed salad)
5) 胡麻醬 適量
An adequate amount of Sesame dressing
6) 橄欖油 少許
A little bit of Olive oil
以上為4人份的食材量。

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 天貝、酪梨切1公分丁。
Dice Tempe and avocado into 1 cm wide. - 番茄去籽,切1公分丁。
Remove the tomato seeds and dice it into 1 cm wide. - 天貝油炸至金黃色備用。
Fried tempeh until golden brown for later use. - 天貝、番茄、酪梨,淋上少許橄欖油,輕輕拌勻。
Tempe, tomato, avocado, drizzle a little olive oil, and mix gently. - 擺盤,放上天貝酪梨沙拉、綜合生菜、胡麻醬即可享用。
