3) 薑末 30克
4) 黑芝麻油 30克

- 將八寶豆倒在容器中,電鍋加熱備用。
- 炒鍋加熱,倒入黑芝麻油、薑末,小火煸出香氣後備用。
- 取一個乾淨的容器,將白飯、八寶豆、煸好的麻油、薑末,輕輕拌勻後即可享用。
