食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 市售涼拌豆腐 2盒
2 boxes Cold Tofu
2) 熟堅果 200克
200g of Cooked Nuts
3) 黑芝麻油 40克
40g of Black Sesame Oil
4) 鹽、砂糖 適量
Adequate amount of Salt and Sugar
烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
【前製作業 Beforehand preparation】
- 豆腐倒在盤子上,1切成6塊,靜置出水, 再將水分瀝乾備用。
Place the tofu on a plate, cut it into 6 pieces, and allow it to drain. Then, pat it dry and set it aside.
【調理作法 Cooking】
- 堅果醬:準備果汁機,擦乾水份,倒入堅果、黑芝麻油、鹽、糖,打勻備用。
Nut Butter: Prepare a blender, dry the nuts, and add them to the blender along with black sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Blend until smooth. - 將打好的堅果醬淋在豆腐上,即可享用。
Pour the blended nut butter over the tofu, and it’s ready to serve.

- 熟堅果的種類可以依喜好選擇搭配。
You can choose your favorite type of nuts for the nut butter, - 堅果醬亦可製作起來冷藏,當抹醬運用。
