食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 滷素雞捲 100g
100g of Braised vegan chicken roll
2) 木耳 100g
100g of Jew’s Ear
3) 小黃瓜 100g
100g of Cucumber
4) 香菜 1株
A bunch of Coriander
5) 紅辣椒 1條
1 red pepper
6) 醬油膏 10g
10g of Thick soy sauce
7) 糖 5g
5g of Sugar
8) 醋 3g
3g of Vinegar
9) 香油 1g
1g of Sesame oil
以上為4人份的食材量。

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
- 素雞卷切薄片;小黃瓜切片;香菜切小段;紅辣椒切片,備用。
Slice the vegan chicken into thin strips. Slice the cucumber. Cut the cilantro into small sections, and slice the red chili pepper; set them aside. - 木耳切片川燙,備用。
Blanch the jew’s ear and set aside. - 將所有調味料混合調勻,加入素雞卷、木耳、小黃瓜拌勻調味。
Mix all the seasonings, then add the vegan chicken strips, jew’s ear, and cucumber, mixing them well. - 盛盤放上香菜、紅辣椒片,即可完成~
Serve on a plate, garnish with cilantro and red chili slices, and it’s ready to enjoy!
