食材及佐料 Ingredients and seasoning
1) 酪梨、番茄 各1顆
1 Avocado and 1 Tomato each
2) 香菜 30克
30g Coriander
3) 吐司 9片
Nine slices of toast
4) 糖、鹽、檸檬汁 適量
Adequate amount of Sugar, Salt and Lemon Juice
5) 無蛋美乃滋、黑胡椒粒 適量
Adequate amount of Vegan mayonnaise and Black pepper
6) 橄欖油 20C.C
20ml Olive oil
以上為3人份的食材量。

烹飪步驟 Cooking steps
【刀工/前處理 Beforehand preparation】
- 酪梨取果肉,切成0.8公分丁。
Cube avocado into 0.8 cm. - 番茄去籽,切0.5公分丁。
Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. - 香菜切末。
Mince coriander.
【調理作法 Cooking】
- 取一乾淨容器,倒入酪梨、番茄、香菜末、檸檬汁、黑胡椒粒、橄欖油,適量的糖、鹽。攪拌均勻,冷藏靜置10分鐘。
Place avocado, tomato, coriander, lemon juice, black pepper, olive oil, appropriate amount of sugar and salt in a clean mixing bowl. Stir evenly, refrigerate and let stand for 10 minutes. - 三片吐司均勻抹上美乃滋。
Spread mayonnaise evenly on three slices of toast. - 依序組合三明治:吐司→酪梨莎莎→吐司→酪梨莎莎→吐司。
Make a sandwich: spread the avocado salad on one slice of toast and add another slice of bread and repeat this step again. - 依個人喜好,將三明治切成2等份,或4等份,即可享用。
According to your personal preference, cut the sandwich into 2 or 4 servings.
